I. Projected Results.
A. Date Auction and Dinner/
Movie: Both fundraisers did well and we earned an estimated $400.00
to our account. Thank you to everyone that put in their time helping,
it was well worth the effort and greatly appreciated. Also a BIG
thanks to Caio's band, LAST CALL who performed live at the Valentine's
Auction. The band sounded great! These fundraisers will help us
earn our way to competitions.
II. Ecuador: A. Immunizations:
A. The immunizations
need to be taken care of this week in order to have a sufficient
amount of time for your body to be immune to these diseases by March
17th. Do not wait. The immunizations needed for our trip are: Hepatitis
A & B, Typhoid, (Yellow Fever is optional since we will be upper
elevations and out of the jungle).
B.Senate funding-volunteer
ideas: Please let Jeff know via email mallorj@eou.edu if you haven't
already by today, Tuesday March 18th, what you plan on doing for
community service. Mike Freese, school president, would like to
make sure your service is being taken care of.
C.Those going Owe $90
to team from the airfaire
D. Care Packages: If
you have any pens, crayons, pencils or extra paper, please bring
to the next meeting. These supplies are greatly appreciatedby the
children in Ecuador. Please help us with this effort!
III. Lesson Plans
A. International Auto:
Will be presented on March 3rd 1:55-3:00 p.m. We need 10 people
to help. If you can help, please email Jeff @ mallorj@eou.edu. Right
now we have Kelly, AJ, Mandy, Caio, Tiago, Kassi, and Jeff.
B.Grocery Store: Thursday,
February 27th or Friday, February 28th the presentation will be
presented. A.J., Jeremy and Erin are working on this project. The
presentation will be about 10-15 minutes. If you are interested
in helping please contact A.J. @ C.Bartering: Will be presented
at Cove Elementary School by Kelly and Jennifer.

VI. Booksale:
We project to earn about
$500 by advertising, picking up books, and working at the booksale.
Sales from the Book Sale will provide a scholarship for the non
traditional women students on campus
