I. On-going/New Projects
1.Video: The SIFE
overview video may be viewed at any time upon request. New members
that have not been to competition are strongly recommended to watch
it. It contains the presentations of the final four teams (and ours)
at last year's national comepetition.
2.Timeline: We
have exactly 6 weeks to complete our projects, create the annual
report, and create and practice the presentation!
3.Presentation/Annual
Reports: All Lesson plans are due February 17, and Executive
Summaries for those current projects are due March 3. Each chairperson
of the teams are responsible to turning the summaries into A.J.
or Jeff.
4.Dinner and Movie
Night: This is Friday at 3:30-8:00pm. We will be serving dinner
in the cafeteria while showing a movie on February 14. We still
need 2 servers! The current servers are: Jeff, Tiago, Caio (and
Alexandria?), Kassi, Mandy, and will meet at 3:30 in the cafeteria
to help decorate; Eryn will also help with decorating. Please were
black pants/skirt and shoes (closed-toe), with a white shirt. There
will be a lot of decorations to put up, so we can use extra help
if you are available. If you are able to help, please contact Jeff

5. Valentines Auction:
This is Thursday at 6:30 in Hoke Main Lounge. We have the decorations
but still need to make them. If you are interested in helping make
decorations please meet in Hoke Main lounge at 1:00pm. On Thursday
we will be decorating for several hours. We will have sub sandwiches
for the decorating team. We need many volunteers for this. If you
are interested in helping please meet in Hoke Main Lounge Wednesday
or Thursday and or contact Stefanie delachs@eou.edu
6. Other Fundraisers:
Kiss the Pig- People pay to see a couple of teachers kiss a pig.
Paper Airplane Contest- On February 22nd have people pay to make
their own airplane and they see who can come the closest to hitting
the center of the circle. Whoever is the winner will win a $50 gift
certificate to the bookstore. Booksale: We will be creating advertisements
and collecting books for the annual AAUW booksale. Jake is chairperson
of this committee, and more details will be available soon.
Carwashes- Do
carwashes as the weather starts to get warmer.
