Upper Crust Sandwiches

Garden Vegetable Wrap:

We pick the season's freshest Vegetables and wrap them with Herbed Cream
Cheese and roll them into a soft flavored Tortilla.

Focaccia Club:

Smoked Turkey Breast, Apple Smoked Bacon, Provolone Cheese, Avocado,
Lettuce and Tomato Sandwiched between two thick pieces of Focaccia Bread
with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli.

Chicken Caesar Wrap:

Grilled Chicken Breast with shredded Romaine Lettuce, sliced Red Tomato,
creamy Caesar Dressing, freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese and Seasoned
Croutons all wrapped in a flavored Tortilla.

Barbecue Stacker:

Barbecued Chicken Breast, layered with slices of Crisp Bacon, Spicy Pepper jack
Cheese and served on a Crusty Roll.

Turkey Club Roller:

Turkey Breast sliced to thin strips, Romaine Lettuce and Onion are tossed with
Thousand Island dressing and topped with crisp Bacon, ripe Tomatoes, Swiss
Cheese and bundled in an Herb Tortilla.

Italian Focaccia Chicken Sandwich:

Chicken Breast is marinated in Olive Oil and Lemon Juice and then broiled.
Fresh Basil leaves, Sliced Jack Cheese and Tomatoes served on a triangle of
soft Focaccia Bread.

Thai Peanut & Chicken Wrap:

Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce with Grilled Chicken Breast. Stuffed with White Rice
and a colorful blend of fresh Spinach leaves, Red Onions and Chopped Peanuts.
Wrapped in a Tortilla.

New Mexico Turkey Fiesta:

Turkey, Honey Chipotle dressing, Pepper Cream Cheese, Leaf Lettuce,
Tomatoes and Corn Relish. Served in a Tortilla Wrap.

California Turkey Club:

A flaky Croissant piled high with Smoked Turkey Breast, Avocado, Fresh
Tomatoes, Alfalfa Sprouts, Bacon and Provolone Cheese.

Roasted Vegetable Pita:

Marinated and Roasted Vegetables Stuffed in a Whole Pita Bread with Lettuce,
Tomato, Onion, Red Cabbage, Sprouts and topped with Garlic Hummus.

Ham Croissant Sandwich:

Smoked Ham Layered with Cheddar Cheese Slices, Red Caramelized Onions,
Lettuce and Tomatoes, Served between a Sliced Flaky Croissant spread with
Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise and Stone Ground Mustard

Ancho Chili Filet

Ancho Chili rubbed Filet Mignon pan seared
to perfection, served over Roasted Corn, Green Chile
and Potato Cakes and topped with Brunoise of warmed Mango

Prime Rib of Beef

Slow roasted Prime Rib served rare with our Demi-Glace
sauce and a side of Horseradish Cream Sauce. Served with
Batonnet Vegetables and Cheddar Cheese and Herb
Twice Baked Potatoes

Salmon Steak

Tender Salmon Steak is baked or grilled to perfection.
Served with your choice of Hollandaise or Lemon
Herb Sauce. Perfectly partnered with

Herb encrusted Pork Tenderloin, slow roasted, sliced
into medallions and served with Dijon Roasted
Potatoes, Jardiniere Vegetables and lightly
kissed with Sauce

Tender Filet of Beef, Fresh Sautéed Prawns, Creamy
Pasta Alfredo and Young Vegetables

Galliano Chicken

Chicken stuffed with Galliano Sausage, Spinach
and hot pepper sauce. Served on a bed of Garlic Whipped
Potatoes and Sautéed Vegetable Salad

Chicken Marsala

Boneless Chicken Breast backed with Sliced Mushrooms,
Artichoke Hearts and Marsala Wine and served
on a bed of Rice Pilaf and a side of steamed
Baby Carrots

Chicken Sorrento

Boneless Chicken Breast stuffed with Spinach, Garlic,
Shallots, Pine Nuts and Smoke Mozzarella served over a bed
of Rice Pilaf and finished with Jardiniere Vegetables

Salad Garden

Traditional Chefs Salad:

Mixed Crisp Greens with Julienne Ham and Turkey, Cheddar and Swiss
Cheeses. Garnished with Hard Cooked Eggs and Fresh Tomatoes. Served with
Ranch or Italian Dressing

Caesar Salad:

Crisp Romaine Lettuce, Homemade Croutons, Parmesan Cheese and Tomatoes
make this one of our favorite salads! Served with a rich Caesar dressing.

Crazy Cobb Salad:

Fresh Greens topped with Chicken, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Ripe Tomatoes,
Crispy Bacon, Avocado and Sliced Hardboiled Egg. Served with your choice of
dressings.

Greek Antipasto Salad:

Dry Salami, Roasted Chicken Breast and Sliced Ham joined with Mixed Baby
Greens, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Carrots and Mozzarella Cheese
tossed in fresh Basil Vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Salad:

Mixed Greens and Romaine Lettuce tossed in Balsamic Vinaigrette. Topped with
Gorgonzola Cheese and Pine Nuts. Garnished with Red Bell Peppers.

Oriental Chicken Salad:

Mixed Romaine and Iceberg Lettuce, Chicken, Fried Wontons, Shredded
Carrots, Green Onions, Water Chestnuts and Toasted Sesame Seeds make this
salad delightful! Served with Sesame Ginger Dressing.

Fresh Fruit Salad
Trio Salad Buffet:

Combine any three salads from the choices listed above to make your own salad
