Conference Rooms

Several conference rooms can be scheduled during your stay.

Meeting facilities include Hoke Union Building as well as supplemental rooms on campus to serve the needs of both large and small groups. Audio-visual equipment, from videotape machines to public address systems, tape recorders, overhead projectors to computer screen projectors, is available for conferences groups.

*Rooms 201 and 202 are subdivided and can be opened into one room. Seating 50 banquet style.

Hoke Union Building (HUB)

• Each room in HUB is set-up with live data jacks, live phone jacks, and wireless
  connection. (Please request password & login. You must be the "Administrator of your laptop.)
