How To Participate
  1. Pick up participation form, roster and rules off the internet (Intramural home page).
  2. Enter team roster, with signatures, before entry deadline(s).
  3. Turn in Participation Waiver/Statement of Insurance to IM Office before deadline(s).
  4. Attend manager's meeting prior to beginning play.
  5. Stop by Intramural Office if you have questions.
  6. Show up for game/meet.
