The Information Technology staff would like to welcome you as a new member of our staff.  We are excited that you have adequately displayed the neccessary skills to join our team.

Everyone is an important member.  As a new lab aid there are many things to be learned.  These tasks will mainly be learned through hands on experience, so don't be intimidated, "if at first you don't succeed, " always, "try, try, again!"  As a new lab aid, the following manual of guidelines will better assit you in providing knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and necessary assistance to users of the Eastern Oregon University computer labs.  Please read this manual thoroughly during your first tow or three shifts.  It will help you to make an easier transition into your new position.
